Maunder Civil Contracting was founded in 2015 to offer subcontracting solutions in the fields of earth works, pipe works and other civil infrastructure. The company is the inspiration of husband and wife team Jared Maunder and Kellie Wilks. Their vision is to deliver efficient and reliable service to the civil contracting marketplace.
MCC is an Indigenous company Certified with Supply Nation. Jared has had over 20 years’ experience working in the civil contracting industry, having previously worked for leading private contractors.Maunder Civil Contracting is based in Lake MacDonald on the Sunshine Coast and has the capabilities to service South East Queensland, broader Queensland & Interstate. Jared has worked extensively on major infrastructure projects in South West Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia as well as locally in Queensland.The business operates under a company management system which seeks to ensure continuous improvement in the way it provides solutions to the industry.We are passionate about civil engineering works and looks forward to solving the challenges that are required in each and every job.

Jared has been extensively sought after in the industry due to his expertise in earthwork and pipework developed over 20 years.Jared has extensive Management/Foreman/Supervisor experience overseeing and responsibility for construction of Sub-Divisions and Pipelines.As a supervisor Jared has overseen crews at all stages of pipeline construction and has been repeatedly successful in ensuring the highest standard of safety and quality of work. Most importantly Jared has ensured No Lost Time Injuries to crew members.Jared is well informed on all Safe Work Procedures, Job Safety Assessments, Job Hazard Assessments and Start Cards.He has skills in various earth work machinery and is fully aware of safety operation and capacities. With his attention to detail, supervisory skills with various work crews and cultures, Jared has completed several projects focused on daily targets and OHS.Jared has been engaged as Supervisor/Excavator Operator on the Western Corridor Recycled Water Pipeline project in south east Queensland. This role entailed supervising the pipe laying crew as well as:• Excavating and laying pipe to grade-MSCL Pipe & GRP Pipe• Coordinating welders• Backfilling and compacting trenches• Working to quality guidelines and implementing safety procedures
